This pretty 100% Organic cotton yoga mat is made in India. It is a coarse weave rug designed for Ashtanga or Power yoga where grip whilst sweating is required. Whilst you work up a sweat the rug’s grip increases, the opposite to a yoga mat. The rug is often used with a standard mat to keep the rug in place; we recommend our Evolution Delux Yoga Mat which is made from sustainable and biodegradable resources to complement the organic yoga rug.
