Starting January 8th 2025 – A Four Week Introduction to Yoga – £29.99
The course comprises four 60-minute classes, held every Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. To ensure a more personalized and in-depth experience, places are limited. After each class, refreshments (tea, coffee, juice, herbal tea) will be provided, giving everyone the opportunity to socialize and ask any questions
Week 1: About Yoga and the foundational poses
Week 2: Pranayama, (breathing techniques) mantras, some more foundational poses
Week 3: Balance and flexibility, we will learn some gentle restorative poses to help with balance and flexibility
Week 4: Full Flow (Asana) – We will put the poses we’ve learnt in the past three lessons into a full flow
