Chair yoga

Yoga doesn’t have to be done with mats and floor-based exercises.  There are lots of yoga postures and simple stretches that can be enjoyed sitting in a chair.

This gentle form of yoga uses classic joint mobility exercises which are combined with gentle stretches and yoga postures to keep you mobile. Chair yoga can help to ease aches and pains. These classes are specifically designed to support anyone who may be recovering from illness or surgery or who has difficulty getting up and down to the floor.

The session costs £5.00 for 30 minutes
