yoga promotes general well being

Yoga practices were originally developed to help people reach their highest potential. Today many people seek yoga therapy as a way of helping them manage or decrease stress.

Yoga therapy can also support people who want to change habits of addiction, such as giving up smoking or other unhealthy behaviour, help improve mood and concentration and promote better sleeping patterns.

Many people like extra support with natural life processes such as pregnancy and the postpartum period or with healthy aging. Yoga has been shown to be beneficial for osteoporosis. It may help with balance and fall preventions

Yoga practices including breathing exercises, meditation techniques, and physical postures can make the body stronger and healthier, the mind calmer and more controlled leading towards a more positive and healthier approach to life.

Initial consultation will take 30 minutes via a private Zoom call (due to coronavirus restrictions) and costs £20.00
