Revitalize will teach you to work with your body, not against it. On a ‘Traditional’ diet the focus is on restricting ‘bad’ food and manipulating macronutrients. Whilst it is true that you can restrict calories and manipulate macronutrients to shed weight temporarily, if you don’t get all the nutrients you require your body will remain hungry and will get cravings and hunger pangs. It is impossible to ignore these long terms and as soon as you stop the diet, your body will pack on as much fat as possible to protect itself in case you do it again. Good health is your natural state and you need to provide your body with water, the right healthy nutritious food, clean air and sunshine.
