Join my gentle Hatha Yoga class on Wednesdays at Stapleford Village Hall. The class is designed to tone and strengthen the body and improve flexibility and balance. The class starts from 9.00 am – 10.00 am and costs £8.00 per session. The classes are suitable for beginners
