The cover is made from 100% cotton and has an handle at the other end, making it easy to carry to your yoga practice.  It has a zipped inner and outer cover so you can fill or remove the buckwheat for comfort and which also makes it easier to wash the cover.

Outer Cover Washing Instructions:

• Hand wash cold
• Line dry
• Do not put through a machine wash or spin cycle as this may damage the cover
• Wash separately
