All my clients are different and I usually recommend a follow-up appointment in 4-6 weeks to discuss your progression and your individually tailored plan to help keep you on track of your health and fitness goals.
I also offer a quick and easy online nutritional advice and consultation service via Zoom, this is ideal for busy clients or those who travel for work. You can pop onto your computer in your lunch break, or before you pick your children from school, before your busy evening.
