Many people associate diets with restrictive food intake and short-term weight loss. However, the diet plan is your individual template to drive your eating patterns, exercise and lifestyle to optimal wellbeing.

It is individually tailored to your weight, lifestye and health status along with your weight loss and fitness goals.

Because your body and lifestyle are unique your diet plan eeds to be tailoe-made for you.

There are many reasons people want to lose weight, for some people it is about confidence or for health reasons, for otherd it is for a specific evenr such as a Wedding, reunion or a holiday.

You may wish to follow a moderate and healthy diet plan to reach your target weight or perhaps you have a special occassion coming up where you want to look and feel great.

In order to bring about effective change that is sustainable you will need to make achievable changed in your eating habits. I will coach and support you in implementing a new diet and lifestyle changes that will support weight loss.

Because there is no ‘one-off perfect eating plan’ that suits everyone, I will design a bespoke diet plan for you.

Your age, gender, health and fitness affect the way your body metabolises the foos you consume. In order to suceed in weightloss it is important that your diet will work for your individual body.

Your unique diet plan will include:

How much will my diet plan cost?

There is an initial fee of £90.00 which includes a 30-minute Zoom consultation to discuss your current situation and weight loss goals, I will then devise a diet plan that is specifically designed for you. There is a weekly charge of £19.99 which covers weekly diet plans, shopping lists, motivational Zoom calls, and motivational and exercise goals. This will be invoiced weekly in advance and may be paid via bank transfer or PayPal.
