Hatha Yoga at Burcombe Village Hall

Join my gentle Hatha Yoga Class at Burcombe Village Hall on Thursdays from 10.30 a.m. – 11.30 a.m. The 60-minute class is designed to tone and strengthen the body, improve flexibility and balance and bring a sense of calmness. The class costs £8.00 per session. The classes are suitable for beginners.

Frequently asked Questions

You will need to bring a yoga mat. If you use yoga blocks or straps please feel free to bring them with you. You might like to bring a bottle of water.
Wear comfortable clothes such as leggings and a t-shirt, sweat top etc. You might want to wear layers. Please remember that some of the venues get cold in the Winter months so feel free to wear jumpers, sweat tops or any other item of warm clothing.
No. Yoga is for everyone. You are welcome to modify any of the poses to suit your own needs and body. Please feel free to talk to me before class if you have any injuries that need modified poses or email me at sharon@namastehathayoga.co.uk with any questions.
You can use the booking link on the page to book a class. Payment is then taken from your card via Stripe or Paypal. I don't see your paymemt information and the payment method is secure. You can also pay by debit card or cash at the class on the day or via bank transfer. If you wish to turn up at class without booking please email me at sharon@namastehathayogs.co.uk before hand to enable the booking system to be updated as there are limited spaces at some classes
Yes I provide private yoga classes from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. Private Lessons are ideal for people who don't have time to come to class and want to schedule their classes at a time that's convenient for them or who haven't done any yoga for a while and would like to practice before coming along to classes. The private sessions can take place at your home or via Zoom. You can read more about my private yoga lessons here
