If you don’t want to go to a group class or prefer to learn on your own at your own time and pace, I provide private yoga classes. Having a private one-to-one class gives you the opportunity to focus on your own individual practice and tune in to your body.
The classes can be tailored for your own ability and level of fitness and can be scheduled to fit in with your busy day.
We all have unique body structures a private one-to-one class will be tailored to your individual needs and bring increased benefits to your practice.
With my virtual private zoom class, you will receive one-to-one attention, which will focus on your technique and alignment. We will concentrate on your specific requirements, taking the time to work on the areas of your body that you feel need increased flexibility or strengthening.
I will give you verbal adjustments to help create muscle memory and prevent injury. The lesson will end with a Savasana (guided relaxation), which will help you to fully absorb the benefits of your practice and help ease any tensions.
Prior to our class, you will be emailed a questionnaire to complete. I will then create a unique practice for you. Please see the calendar below for current availability. If you don’t see a time/date that suits you, please contact me using the form below.
