Join my 14 Week Beginners yoga course. Starting in October 2024. Over 14 weeks (1 x 30 minute lesson per week) We will start with the basic foundational yoga poses , moving up to more advanced flows, with certain days dedicated to specific poses to help you get the most out of your practice.
The Beginners Yoga Course Will Cover:
Over 14 weeks we will start with the basic foundational poses, moving to a full body flow at the end of the course
Week 1
Foundational Poses
Covering the basic foundation poses that are essential; for Everyday Yoga
Week 3
Sun Salutation B
We will move into some more foundation poses and learn Sun Salutation B
Week 5
Power Yoga
Covering the foundational poses we have learnt this is a slightly more advanced flow. Helping you to advance to the next level
Week 7
Digestion
Some poses to help reduce bloating
Week 9
Triangle Pose
We will learn triangle pose and do a flow that has a lot of core strengthening and back strengthening to get the maximum benefit out of this essential posture
Week 11
Balance Challenge
Poses to improve your balance
Week 13
Restorative Flow
In today’s class we will learn a restorative flow to relax the body and calm the mind
Week 2
Sun Salutation A
We will cover some more foundational poses then learn Sun Salutation A
Week 4
Flexibility
This weeks class will focus on stretching and improving flexibility
Week 6
Eagle Pose
Eagle pose is good for opening up the shoulders, working on your balance, strengthening the ankles and improving overall joint health
Week 8
Focus & Balance
Yoga poses to help calm and balance the mind
Week 10
Flow
In this week’s class, we will put together the postures we have learnt so far and put them into a flow
Week 12
Balancing Poses
Moving on from last week’s class we will put the poses we learnt into a flow and learn a new pose
Week 14
Flow
In this lesson, we will take the postures we’ve learnt and put them into a strong faster moving flow
The course will commence in October 2024 at my tranquil yoga studio at East Clyffe Farm, Spaces will be limited to 10 people and early booking is advisable. The Course will cost £59.99.
