5 Week Yoga Course for Stress and Anxiety

Five x 30-minute private yoga lessons for stress and anxiety. The classes will cover:

Week 1 – Introduction to Yoga & Foundational Poses
Week 2 Yoga for Stress Release
Week 3 Breathing exercises & Flow
Week 4 Yoga for Relaxation
Week 5 Yoga for Insomnia & Meditation (includes Free Yoga Nida Video download)

The Lessons are suitable for beginners and can be tailored for individual abilities. After the class, downloadable Videos will be available for you to practice the routines at your own leisure. The lessons will take place via Zoom. due to social distancing requirements.
