I will plan an individual eight-week weight loss plan tailored specifically for you, coupled with a weekly 1 to 1 hour-long personalised yoga session.
The diet plan consists of an hour-long nutritional consultation where we will discuss your goals, the foods that you like to eat and what you would like to achieve from the eight-week plan.
After our initial consultation, I will plan a healthy, nutritious diet designed to help you sensibly lose weight in the eight weeks period. The plan will contain weekly goals to help you achieve your target. I will design a yoga routine to suit your individual ability and flexibility and undertake a yoga session with you for 1 hour each week, whilst you are participating in the weight loss plan.
The weekly yoga session can be at your home or via Zoom if prefered.

Our successful Eight weeks Individually Tailored Weight Loss & Exercise Plan usually costs £330.00. However, subscribe to the plan by the 31.10.20 to receive a 50% discount and only pay £165.00 for the eight week plan.
Alternatively, you can pay via eight weekly instalments of £20.62. Payment is via PayPal for an eight week period after which the subscription will be automatically cancelled.
